With nearly 20 years of experience in brand creation and Art Direction, my career began in renowned agencies in London and Paris, such as WPP, Havas, and Peclers Paris, following studies in Quebec and Paris.

My work, recognized and acclaimed on the international stage, has led me to share my passion as a juror in various design competitions.

In 2013, I embraced entrepreneurship and embarked on a journey of self-redefinition and leadership.

I then founded my design studio: Lucie Lebaz Creative.

In 2020, I evolved my profession, merging my expertise in communication and branding with a deep quest for personal development.

I created Lucie Lebaz Branding, offering support at the intersection of brand strategy, personal development, and marketing.

Armed with a certification in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University, I am dedicated to sharing knowledge. As a teacher, speaker, and trainer, I assist professionals (entrepreneurs and executives) through my coaching.

My mission is to empower them to assert their uniqueness in personal communication, elevate their brand image, and unleash their creativity without mental limits. Driven by a desire to simplify self-promotion, I created the online program THE BRANDING SCHOOL®.

My approach, centered on authenticity and overcoming psychological barriers, aims to forge an influential presence and assertive leadership.
